Privacy policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how inFoqus (INFOQUSSTORE LLC, "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit our website, purchase our digital products, or communicate with us in any way (collectively, the "Services").

inFoqus sells digital products only — downloadable Lightroom presets and related digital files delivered electronically. We do not ship or deliver physical goods. Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us operate our online store and deliver the Services to you.

Our Services are intended for customers located in the United States. We do not target, market to, or knowingly offer our Services to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.

By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of personal information, either directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, or from third parties:

Identifiers and Contact Information

Name, email address, and billing address. Because all products are digital, we do not collect a shipping address. We use billing address and related location data to calculate and remit applicable sales tax and to help detect and prevent fraud.

Payment and Transaction Information

Payment method, order history, and transaction details.
(Note: We do not store full credit or debit card numbers. Payments are securely processed via Shopify and its payment processors).

Account Information

Login credentials, preferences, and settings for customers who create an account.

Communications

Messages, inquiries, applications (including Tailored Experience applications), reviews, or support requests.

Device and Usage Data

IP address, browser type, device type, time zone, and interactions with our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver advertising. These include:

Essential cookies — required for the website and checkout to function
Analytics cookies — help us understand how the site is used (e.g., Shopify analytics)
Advertising cookies and pixels — such as the Meta pixel and Pinterest tag, used to show you relevant ads and measure their performance

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of advertising cookies and the "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising, see Section 6.

5. Data Processed by Shopify

Your data may also be processed by Shopify as part of our store operations. Shopify may use your information — along with data from other merchants — to improve services and offer enhanced features such as personalized advertising.

6. Your Advertising Choices and US State Privacy Rights

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels to show you relevant ads may be considered "selling" or "sharing" of personal information under certain US state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in other states.

You can opt out of this data sharing at any time:
- Via our Data Sharing Opt-Out page: https://infoqus.store/pages/data-sharing-opt-out

When your data is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no system is 100% secure. Please avoid sending sensitive data through unsecured communication channels.
