Digital Products – No Returns Policy

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Lightroom presets, LUTs, and digital editing tools from InFoqus.store are final. Once download links are delivered and accessed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

Why No Returns?

 

Digital products are instantly accessible and non-returnable in the traditional sense. Once purchased, you receive immediate access to the full product files, making it impossible to verify whether they’ve been copied, stored, or shared.

 

Before You Purchase

 

To ensure you’re fully informed before buying:

  • Carefully review all product descriptions and preview images

  • Confirm that your editing software supports .XMP file formats (used in modern Lightroom and Photoshop versions)

  • Contact us at clientcare@infoqus.store with any pre-purchase questions

 

What We Guarantee

 

We stand behind our products with:

  • Working download links for 30 days after purchase

  • Technical support for installation and basic usage

  • Re-delivery of files if you experience download issues within 30 days

 

Exceptional Circumstances (Refunds)

 

We may consider refunds only in the following cases:

  • A verified technical issue prevents you from accessing your files, even after our support team has attempted resolution

  • A significant factual misrepresentation exists in the product listing (for example, wrong file format or missing promised contents)

  • A duplicate accidental purchase is made within 24 hours

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact clientcare@infoqus.store within 7 days of your order. Include a detailed explanation and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots, order confirmation, or error messages).

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

 

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days unless the download has started.

By purchasing from InFoqus.store, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your digital product and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the download begins.

 

Chargebacks and Fraud Protection

 

Fraudulent chargebacks or refund claims may result in permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to report such activity to payment processors, financial institutions, and legal authorities for further investigation.

Chargebacks filed under false pretenses may constitute fraud and could carry legal consequences under applicable laws.
